Father, turn our cities from the power of darkness to light, open their eyes that they might receive forgiveness of sins. Father, I pray that all leaders will serve as the voice of the people, those who are destitute and let them defend the rights of the poor and needy, (Prov. 31:8-9). I declare by the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit that all evil covenants, contracts, chains, bondages that will hinder salvation are broken from the mind, will and emotion of leaders and the people they serve.
I nullify, dismantle, cancel and oppose all satanic operations, maneuvers, manipulations, strategies, tactics, plots, plans and plots designed to prevent the unsaved from entering into the Kingdom of God. I decree that the individuals are liberated from generational, satanic, demonic alliances, allegiances, soul ties and inheritance curses. I dismantle every plan, strategies designed to hinder Joliet and the other cities progress. I sever ever curse spoken or written to be disannul. I break every diabolical schemes separated by denomination and religion. I release God strategies, alliances to counteract every Satan, demonic allegiances and curses. I decree they are destroyed by the fire of the Spirit of God.
I send the Spirit of adoption, truth, salvation and the spirit of the God of Heaven within our cities and regions. I speak to the north, south, east and west and command every territorial principality to give up, release and set free the people held in captivity in Jesus name. Your assignment of immortality is broken.
